Climbing promotes harmonious development of the child, strengthens almost every muscle, but it works primarily on the child's agility and physical condition, motor skills and coordination. It is a great way to learn body control. A child can climb at their own pace without endangering the muscles and joints, as often happens in other sport competitions. Ladders and nets are used for training and gravity exercises for children with a fear of heights.
